Achieving our vision of a water secure world free of hunger and poverty where every individual lives a life of dignity and potential will take all of us. Facing the challenges of the 21st Century calls for overcoming silo effects and working with a wide range of partners who share our vision. To pursue these goals, we are seeking collaboration with partners including governments, private sector, investors, academia, NGOs and other civil society groups.
Working in partnership is reflected in the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through SDG 17, Partnerships for the Goals. SDG 17 recognizes that a strong commitment to partnership and cooperation, and a reinvigoration of the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development, is needed to achieve the SDGs.
