Tina Mbachu

director, programs

As Director of Programs, Tina oversees the design, implementation and monitoring of the Pilot Project to ensure that the realization of Rainmaker’s strategic objectives stay in-line with organizational values. With eight years of experience as a bilingual international development professional, Tina draws from her focus on gender and economic development, both nationally and internationally, and brings her experience in the complete project cycle, from design, implementation and evaluation, as well as proposal development, to the team. Tina received her Masters in International Development Studies from the University of Amsterdam.
